Proposed Closure of Modesty Lane, Ercildoune Crossing of The Melbourne - Ararat Rail Crossing

Pyrenees Shire Council has received a request to consider the permanent closure of the Modesty Lane, Ercildoune crossing of the Melbourne Ararat Rail alignment, providing access to the Western Highway.

Any person may make a written submission on the crossing closure in accordance with Section 223 of the Local Government Act 1989. They may request in their submission to appear in person or be represented by another specified person at the May 16th Council meeting. Submissions must be received by Tuesday 12th May 2017 and should be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer, Pyrenees Shire, 5 Lawrence Street, Beaufort.
