We welcome new members to the facility in Albert Street (the road behind the railway station) in the old Apex Building. The Shed will be open on Wednesdays and Thursdays 10am - 3pm. Membership is $52 per year or $15 per quarter collected in advance. Tea and coffee by gold coin donation each visit.

Volunteer Stephen Topp is offering general computer and IT assistance free of charge to residents. Stephen will be at the Beaufort Community Resource Centre on Wednesdays Thursdays from 1pm-3pm.

There is a table tennis club running at the Beaufort Town Hall every Thursday from 1pm to 3pm. It costs $5 for a membership, $3 per session and the first day is free. Gear is provided and refreshments are available.

Council offers free public immunisation sessions in Beaufort and Avoca on the second Wednesday of the month. The sessions are on at the Beaufort Early Childhood Centre in Park Road from 9.30-10am and the Primary Care Centre at the Avoca Aged Care Hostel in Templeton St from 11.30am-12pm.
