Bookings for all other venues (halls and centres) in the Shire are managed by local committees of management and these committees should be approached for booking information.
Insurance
It is a requirement of hire that those hiring Council facilities be covered by public liability insurance. Those without existing coverage may purchase "one off" coverage from the Council. For more details contact Customer Service on (03) 5349 1100.

- The Conditions of Hire should be clearly understood
- The Facility Hire Agreement needs to be completed
- If you have public liability insurance, evidence of this will need to be provided
- The Hire Fee, Security Deposit and Public Liability Insurance (if applicable) will need to be paid
