Submit Question(s) for Public Participation
Members of the public are encouraged to ask questions of Council at Ordinary Council Meetings. In normal times, questions may be asked by members of the public in person. However, at present community members are not permitted to attend Council meetings due the COVID-19 pandemic.
Questions can still be submitted online and will be read by the Chairperson during Public Participation.

For 19 May Council Meeting
Questions Without Notice must be received by 5.30pm on the day of the Ordinary Council Meeting. Type your question(s) and other required information into the online form below. When you Submit your form, your questions will be forwarded to the Chief Executive Office for processing.
Alternatively, you can print out a copy of the form (click here(PDF, 415KB)) and email it to email@example.com.
The Chairperson will read the question(s) out at the Council meeting during Public Participation. The question(s) may be taken ‘On Notice’ and the submitter will be provided with a written response within seven days following the meeting. The response will be included in the next month’s Council meeting minutes.
