Questions Without Notice
The Questions Without Notice form must be received by 5.30pm on the day of the Ordinary Council Meeting. Type your question(s) and other required information into the online form below. When you Submit your form, your questions will be forwarded to the Chief Executive Office for processing.
Alternatively, you can print out a copy of the form (click here) and email it to firstname.lastname@example.org.
The Chair will read the question(s) out at the Council meeting during Public Participation. The question(s) may be taken ‘On Notice’ if a response cannot be provided at the meeting. The submitter will be provided with a written response within seven days (7) following the meeting. The response will be included in the next month’s Council meeting minutes.
