Pyrenees Shire Council has awarded contracts for two key infrastructure projects.
The multi-million dollar Lexton Hub will be built by SJ Weir. This Hub will be a multi-purpose recreation facility for the Lexton community catering for golf, football and netball.
SHAE Constructions will build the Avoca Inclusive Playspace in High Street, Avoca. This playground will cater for children of all abilities and will add to Avoca’s visitor offering.
Construction on the playground is expected to commence in the coming months.
Council also approved the purchase of a CAT Grader for the Works Team at the September meeting.
