Council would like to remind Pyrenees Community Care clients about service provisions currently in place.
As per Public Health advice, visitors should not be in your home, with the exception of someone providing care for you. Our staff reserve the right to not enter your home if you have visitors at the time of service.
This is to ensure the safety of yourself, our staff and other community members.
We also advise that our service response will mirror that of the Victorian Department of Health regarding identified COVID-19 exposure sites. We are committed to working with you and rely on all our clients to advise us if you or a household contact has been to an exposure site. This may have an impact on your service provision.
