From 12pm Tuesday 22 September Pyrenees Shire Council will enter into the Election Period prior to the October 2020 (Local Government) Council election.
Council's Planning team is available to provide advice and issue permits in regard to the use and development of land for residential, rural, commercial and industrial proposals. The team also conducts strategic planning work to review and amend how land is used under the Pyrenees Shire’s Planning Scheme.

Find out if you can subdivide your property
If an overlay is present on your property it will generally trigger a permit application for any works or development on that land subject to the overlay control.
Council offers a pre-application meeting service by appointment.
Submit a request for information to the Planning Department.
