In 2019, 430 paintings were hung with over 100 artists from interstate, state-wide and the local Pyrenees area providing works in artistic styles from traditional to contemporary.

The Pyrenees Arts Council and the Rotary Club of Beaufort, together with their major sponsor, Beaufort Community Financial Services—Bendigo Bank, was due to present the 15th Pyrenees Art Exhibition from the 11th to the 14th June, 2021 at the Beaufort Shire Hall, Lawrence Street, however, due to the COVID-19 lockdown announced on 27th May, this event has now been rescheduled for 24th to the 26th of September 2021.

Furthermore across different venues over the weekend, there will be:

• YOUTH ART (at the Beerimpo Centre)
• SECOND HAND BOOK SALE  ( at RSL)
• QUILTING DISPLAY (Beaufort Resource Centre and in some Shop windows)
• ART AND SCULPTURE  (at Art Trax Gallery)

Entry to the exhibition, which is open Saturday and Sunday 10.00am till 5.00pm is $10 and includes Devonshire Tea plus entry to the quilt exhibition.
