Pyrenees Shire Council is required to develop and maintain a Municipal Emergency Management Plan (MEMP)which outlines how the Council and its supporting agencies will meet the requirements of the four responsibilities listed above. The MEMP also has a number of sub-plans which outline additional detail and operating procedures for the more complex and high risk emergencies including :
