Compensation Claims for Personal Injury or Property Damage

If you have suffered personal injury or property damage due to the condition of a road or road infrastructure, you may be entitled to compensation from the responsible road authority under the Road Management Act 2004.

If you suffered personal injury or property damage on Council property, please fill out the Request for Compensation Claim(PDF, 570KB) form and forward it to:
