Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund

The Emergency Services and Volunteers Fund (ESVF) is a new Victorian Government levy (replacing the Fire Services Property Levy) that was introduced on 1 July and is aimed at supporting more of the state's emergency services.

The ESVF is collected by Councils on behalf of the Victorian Government.

Here we keep you up to date with the latest ESVF information.

Drought Partial Rebate

A partial ESVF rebate is provided to farmers eligible for On-Farm Drought Infrastructure Grants through the Victorian Government's drought support package.

Currently Pyrenees Shire is one of the eligible drought affected Local Government Areas.

This rebate will be assessed annually.

Volunteer Rebate

Volunteers and life members from the CFA and VICSES are eligible to receive a rebate on their principal place of residence or farm.
