Payment Options

• In person at any post office. Simply present your rate notice intact with your payment (EFTPOS available and major credit cards accepted at larger office).

• By phone on 13 18 16 for the cost of a local call (Mobiles excepted) you can pay over the phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply quote the Billpay Code and Customer Reference Number (CRN) on the front of your notice. Pay from your credit card or, after registration, your cheque or savings account. Register your cheque or savings account by phoning 13 18 16 at least 10 working days before making your payment.

• On the Internet: www.postbillpay.com.au.

Please Note: Each property has a different CRN, so multiple properties require a separate transaction for each.

• Contact your participating Bank, Credit Union or Building Society to make this payment directly from your cheque, savings or credit card account.

• When prompted, simply enter the Biller Code and yourBPAY Reference Numbershown on the front of your notice.

• Use Centrepay to arrange regular deductions from your Centrelink payment. Call Pyrenees Shire on 5349 1100 to request a Centrepay deduction.

• Make cheque payable to "Pyrenees Shire Council" and crossed "Not Negotiable".

• Mail payment to: Pyrenees Shire Council, 5 Lawrence St, Beaufort, Vic. 3373.

• Present notice intact to the municipal offices, Lawrence St, Beaufort. Payment hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm (holidays excepted). The cashier will return the top part of this notice with an official receipt.
• Payment can also be made at the Beaufort Community Resource Centre (72 Neill St, Beaufort) and the Avoca Information Centre (122 High St, Avoca) during their normal opening hours.

• EFTPOS facilities available, credit cards accepted (Visa andMastercard). The cashier will issue an official receipt.
