Transfer station vouchers are no longer issued. Residents and ratepayers can dispose of domestic quantities of waste at our transfer stations by showing a rate notice or driver's licence to verify your Pyrenees address.
The rates and charges for waste management for the 2025/26 year is structured on the following basis:
These fees cover drop off of household waste, green waste and recycling deposits for residents. Find out more about our transfer stations, including fees and opening times.
Additional bins
If the standard bins are too small or fortnightly collection is not often enough for you, you can apply for more bins. There is an additional cost for more bins.

Improved assessments (with no street collection) - will attract a Waste Service - Transfer Station Access charge based on estimated operating, disposal and administrative costs.
Improved assessments (receiving street collection) - will attract Waste Service - Waste and Recycling charge (for domestic and recycling collection) based on the additional cost of providing these services.
Improved assessments – Avoca and Beaufort (receiving street collection) - will attract Waste Service - Waste, Recycling and Green Waste (for domestic, recycling and greenwaste collection) based on the additional cost of providing these services.
