Stock on Roads & Poor Fencing

The Impounding of Livestock Act 1994 has revised legislation relating to livestock. Officers are able to serve a notice on owners objecting to the trespassing of livestock on roads. Under the same legislation, officers have the power to serve notices on owners instructing them to adequately confine livestock.
