Health Service Access and Inclusion Survey

The Central Highlands Inclusion Working Group is asking people with disabilities, their families and carers within the Central Highlands region – Pyrenees, Ararat, Ballarat, Hepburn, Moorabool and Golden Plains – to take the time to fill in an accessibility and inclusiveness survey.
The survey has been designed to find out what people think about access and inclusion in our community. The answers will help the Central Highlands Inclusion Working Group plan for a more inclusive and accessible community.
