Do you know someone who’s made a real difference in the Pyrenees Shire? Or a group or organisation that hosted an outstanding event in 2025? Now’s your chance to shine a spotlight on their efforts!

Award Categories

  • Young Citizen of the Year
  • Citizen of the Year
  • Community Event of the Year

Nominations close 12noon, Monday 10 November 2025

Award recipients will be announced at the Pyrenees Australia Day event hosted by the Waterloo Community Group in Beaufort on Monday 26 January 2026.

Notification of Recipients:
Award recipients will be contacted in late December 2025 and are asked to keep the news confidential until the official announcement. Recipients will be invited to attend the Pyrenees Shire Australia Day Awards ceremony on 26 January 2026 to accept their award.
