Pyrenees Shire Council is seeking a motivated and community-focused Waste Officer to support the delivery, administration and continuous improvement of Council’s waste management services.
Working within the Engineering team, this role will help ensure Council provides reliable, compliant and sustainable waste services.
The Waste Officer will coordinate and support day-to-day waste service operations, liaise with contractors and stakeholders, maintain accurate waste data and records, contribute to waste education programs and support Councils waste management, resource recovery and sustainability objectives.
