"Thrum" Exhibition

Searchlight 2021.JPG

This exhibition will have a special Smoking Ceremony given by local Wadawurrung Traditional Custodian, Bonnie Chew at the official opening on the 9th of July between 4pm and 7pm

Thrum is the sensation of the beautiful and the terrible combined. The low-level distracting vibration of something you’ve missed. Thrum is disjointed chords. It’s light and breathtaking beauty masking something you can’t quite see in the corner of your eye. You might not understand art. You might not even like it. But it's a chance to see this part of the world from a completely different perspective. Drop by to see it, if you can.

Lighting and effects by Jack Ralph, soundscapes by Decoloniser.
