Tourism Midwest Destination Management Plan Industry Consultation Work

Tourism Midwest Victoria, together with Stafford Strategy, are preparing a seven-year Destination Managment Plan (DMP) along with several Local Area Actions Plans (LAAPs).

The DMP will deliver strategic actions to support and strengthen the tourism industry’s continued recovery from the pandemic and help build resilience. It will also inform the development of Local Area Action Plans (LAAPs) for the City of Ballarat, Moorabool, and Pyrenees shires, and a combination of existing plans for the Hepburn and Golden Plains shires.

You're invited to a workshop hosted by Stafford Strategy to have your say on the future of the region's visitor economy and help shape these plans.
