Back to Waterloo Day

The Waterloo community, we would like to invite you to join the community for the Back to Waterloo Day on the 27th of April from 1:00-5:00pm.

The Waterloo Community Group have organised this day to gather the community (past & present) to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the launch of the “Waterloo - The True Story” book written by Hugh Patrick Carroll and share in the history of the area. Attending the event will be Hugh Carroll, Rod McErvale and Pat Smith, who were instrumental in the facilitation and production of the book.

The event will be held at the Waterloo Community Shed, which has had major landscape work done, with the generosity of the Community Grants from the Shire. There will be a display of historic photographs and memorabilia to celebrate the event.

We also hope the event continues to build resilience and connect the residents of Waterloo.
