Join Beaufort and Skipton Health Service and Freya Maberly, qualified Social Worker with training in Psychology, Counselling and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy, for a morning to connect with others and to understand and learn new skills to look after and positively support your mental wellbeing, followed by a free lunch.

  • Understand the relationship between your mental health and wellbeing, emotional regulation and the body's nervous system.
  • Learn simple strategies, skills and knowledge to assist you in supporting yourself and positively impacting your mental health and wellbeing.

 

About Freya Maberly

Freya is a qualified Social Worker with training in Psychology, Counselling, and Equine Assisted Psychotherapy. She has been working in the field of Mental Health for more than 20 years, both as a therapist and trainer. She now specialises in animal assisted therapies from her private practice, Freya's Farm, on the outskirts of Ballarat. Freya focuses on helping people to understand themselves better in order to achieve a better quality of life.
