Band 3 (Salary $66,877 - $71,485 incl. RDO) + Super & Allowance

The Pyrenees Shire Council is seeking a motivated and reliable Plant Operator to join the Works team based in Beaufort. This full-time role is primarily responsible for the proficient, safe and efficient operation of a range of plant associated with road maintenance and construction activities. The right candidate will require a range of skills including experience in trucks, loaders. backhoes, tractors, brush cutters, chainsaws. Activities undertaken will include, but not be limited to sealed and unsealed road works, bitumen and emulsion activities, traffic management

The ideal candidate will be a team player with a sound understanding of workplace safety requirements who has practical experience in municipal maintenance and hold a Heavy Rigid licence.
