Art enthusiasts and artists are looking forward to the annual Bendigo Community Bank Pyrenees Art Exhibition. The renowned art show will be held in the Beaufort Town Hall over the King’s Birthday long weekend 6th – 9th June 2025. With art entries received from both local artists and from across Australia the event showcases an amazing array of artworks in mediums of oil, watercolour, acrylic, pastel, and mixed media.

Organised by the Pyrenees Arts Council in conjunction with the Rotary Club of Beaufort, the show is the largest event on the calendar of the small community. Tickets to the event includes a delicious Devonshire Tea provided and served by the Beaufort Girl Guides.

The Rotary Club of Beaufort will host a second-hand book sale in the Beaufort RSL Hall, also at the same times as the Art Exhibition.

Opening night of the Art Exhibition will be held on Friday 6th June from 7.30pm. The night is a great chance to have the first look at the exhibition and hear the prize winners announced whilst enjoying delicious supper from Beaufort CWA Liliana. Bookings for opening nights are essential by phoning 0409 922 152.

Sunday 8th June - 10am-5pm
Monday 9th June - 10am-2pm

Over the Entire Weekend, there will be LOTS to do in Beaufort!

At the Beaufort Art Trax Gallery, just a short walk to the historic Beaufort Railway Station, there will be works of art, gifts, and cards from the Pyrenees and district Artists to purchase.
The Rotary Club of Beaufort’s pop-up Secondhand Book Sale will be held again in the Beaufort RSL Hall this year, in Willoby Street, Beaufort. There, you will find just the book you’ve been looking for from Cookery to Gardening, Adventure to the ever-popular Murder Mysteries.
