Australia Day 2024

Join us from 10am on January 26 at the Avoca Recreation Reserve for Australia Day celebrations including a citizenship ceremony and the Australia Day Awards.

Activities and displays to be enjoyed by the whole family from 10am to 2pm.

10 am Morning tea

11 am Official Australia Day celebrations commence:

• MC Mr Douglas Ball, AM, RFD
• Citizenship Ceremonies
• Australia Day address
• Mayor Cr Robert Vance will announce the recipients of the Australia Day Awards

12 pm BBQ lunch

Free Activities include:

• Jamie & Kim’s mobile zoo
• Airbrush tattooing
• Walk the walls Parkour
• Face painting
• Avoca CFA Display
• Furals Wood Working Workshop
