Have Your Say: Council Plan 2025-2029 Draft Initiatives

Council has released the draft initiatives that will guide the delivery of the Council Plan 2025–2029 — and we want your feedback.

These initiatives outline the key projects and actions Council will undertake to achieve the strategic direction set in the Council Plan.

They also define:

• Which teams will deliver each initiative

• Council’s role and contribution

• Whether additional funding is required

• The financial year each initiative is planned for development and implementation

Some initiatives depend on external funding, so their delivery may be impacted by budget availability.

The draft initiatives have been shaped by Council’s Vision and Council Plan — but we need your input to ensure they reflect our community’s priorities. Many of these initiatives will involve partnerships and collaboration to ensure successful delivery.
