Beaufort - Goldfields Recreation Reserve Lighting Project

Pyrenees Shire has allocated some LRCIP funding as part of the improvements to lighting at the Goldfields Recreation Reserve. The project is to upgrade the electricity supply for the lighting project funded by the State Government.

Electrical upgrades and installation of LED lighting at Recreation Reserves. This site does not have power capacity to meet current and future needs, and sports lighting is required to meet AFL standard for playing surfaces. Detailed assessment by power and lighting specialist has been carried out - March 2021 with detailed specification and costing provided to Council.

This project is now completed.
