Pyrenees Shire Council is currently seeking a proactive and service-oriented Information and Communication Technology Officer to join our ICT Department.
Reporting to the ICT Team Leader, this position plays a vital role in delivering first-level ICT support to internal users across hardware, software and telecommunications systems.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide first-level support via the ICT Helpdesk (in-person, phone, and email).
- Assist with the setup and decommissioning of user accounts, PCs, and mobile devices.
- Maintain accurate documentation for systems, hardware, and software.
- Assist with server maintenance, software updates, and remote access configuration.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent ICT services across the organisation.
