Pyrenees Shire Council participates in an annual Community Satisfaction Survey, where the public is asked for their opinion on service delivery.
The 2021 survey is now available for the community to read; please download it here: 2021-Pyrenees-Shire-Council-Report.pdf(PDF, 4MB)
The survey provides useful feedback to Council and shows a year-to-year comparison as well as benchmarks the Council against other councils of a similar size.
The main objectives of the survey are to assess the performance of Pyrenees Shire council across a range of measures and to seek insight into ways to provide improved or more effective service delivery.
The survey also provides councils with a means to fulfil some of their statutory reporting requirements as well as acting as a feedback mechanism to Local Governments Victoria.
The survey contacted 400 residents in the Pyrenees Shire over the phone during February and March, and Council received the survey at the June Council meeting.
