The three programs are available now to all Victorians online and over the phone and are being delivered by community organisations with support from the Victorian Government.
The programs provide a range of assistance to help people stay on top of their energy bills, including free online events about the simple steps everyone can take to save on bills, tailored one-on-one energy assistance for households and financial counselling for anyone experiencing financial difficulty.
To find out more about the program services, who they’re for and how people can access them, you can download this handy program guide.
These programs are part of a $3.7 million funding package announced by the Victorian Government in May 2020 for community organisations to provide increased support to energy customers experiencing hardship.
