Culvert replacement works at Mills Lane, Amphitheatre, have been planned to address structural failure of the existing culvert. The works will improve drainage across the road in addition to improving protection of the waterway. The culvert replacement works include replacement of existing box culverts with 900x600 units with reinforced concrete wing walls, road pavement restoration, beaching construction and other associated works.

It will be constructed in accordance with the Works on Waterway conditions instructed by the North Central CMA.
